I had a blast with this. Too bad it isn't made anymore. Gimmicky, perhaps, but you can record your own sound effects, comments, hopefully, keeping it civil, and let someone have it who just took you down in a match, or let the sound effects fly, and hopefully, have some laughs. The unit was kind of big, and my first one, the ear connection snapped off from too much installing and removing it from the controller. Its bulk didn't help that. If they could have designed a smaller unit, more ergonomic, even with only three effects, it'd be worth it.

As Advertised , No Problems

It was fun but the device added some size to the controller which was a little inconvenient but considering everything, it isn't so bad. It allows you to record five 5-second long audio clips and the recording is easy. Also it seems you can broadcast music or sound through your controller by leaving it hooked in through the recording wire to a computer or MP3. It takes 3 triple A batteries and it will shut off if unused to preserve the batteries. The headset link used to record is very short and the preset sounds suck. However, I found it fun to play funny sounds over the Xbox 360 and since it was cheap I think it was worth the money.

I like it because it actually says thing and I love how it already has pre recorded things on it and I also like how you can record anything you want… I used it to play a trick on someone in call of duty I recorded somethings off vine and played it onto the game and people kept getting really mad because what I recorded was really annoying

Doesnt work

It works like it should but I don't know if it's just mine but mine eats up the batteries I put in, in a day (2 if I am lucky). I turn it off when I didn't use it either. It's collecting dust now.
