For some reason I thought it was battery powered, like the other BRIO train we purchased, but this was an oversight on my side. Nevertheless, my son really enjoys winding it up and playing with the crane function.

My son is train obsessed and loves this addition to his railway. He has others in the set which work in tandem. Ideally, I feel, you need some of the same make vehicles to properly interact
