In the last year, I've been on a mission to get the perfect hot pot soup base. Most of the ones I've tried are either WAY too spicy or have extreme levels of sodium beyond what I would be comfortable consuming. This one is the best one I have found so far. It isn't over the top with sodium and doesn't have spice, so I can adjust that myself. This one is the best family friendly one, as in everyone in my family agrees on this one. I will absolutely buy more. Highly recommended.

We have severe food allergies so we were unable to use 2 of the products. They were labeled for shellfish and tree nuts. They tasted good, and if you have none, I would agree the 4 different flavors would satisfy a fun night of hot pot. We did enjoy the 2 we could eat.

This is really great if you’re familiar with Korean hot pot/kpot soup! Anyone who says there’s no flavor is simply unfamiliar of how to cook with it. Traditionally the base is made with bone broth. Never just plain water, ever. Mix some of this in with your favorite beef/chicken/pork broth and your favorite meats and veggies and you’re set! I used udon noodles, bean sprouts, crab sticks, shrimp, dumplings, and some other mixes! So delicious. 10/10 recommend.

I bought these along with my hot pot and they are WONDERFUL! Currently tried the Spicy Vegetable and the Bulgogi. (Pictured) Both were delicious and the spicy vegetable was definitely spicy. I will be trying the other two tonight and definitely buying some more packs!

I sprinkle it on anything and it always makes it better.
