This is a genuine Birkenstock though it doesn't seem like one. This type of Birkenstock is made of a plastic material that greatly resembles that of crocks. its spongy yet sturdy and I use them as house slippers. You don't need to break them in or anything, they're just ready to wear.

These are the best shoes I have ever owned! I lived in these all summer. I have them in 4 colors. They are the most comfortable shoes!! I wake up and I put them on even when I am just hanging around the house. Buy them! You will not regret it! I am not one of those Amazon paid reviewers...I am just trying to spread the love :)

Bin super begeistert. Habe einen normal breiten Fuß und einen perfekten Halt und sie sind sehr angenehm zu tragen. Ich trage normalerweise Schuhgröße 36-37 und brauche bei Birkenstock 36 dies sollte man beim Kauf beachten, wenn man zwischen zwei Größen steht immer die kleinere nehmen. Kann diese Modelle nur weiter empfehlen.
