If you’re looking for an excellent, strength building workout, look no further. This dance pole combines both cardio and strength into sexy and empowering exercise. If I had known how much I would love it, I would have done this way sooner. It is really easy to set up as long as your ceilings fall within the specified range. The instruction detail which pole segments to put together to match the height. The joins are at the top and bottom of the pole and don’t affect its function. The pole feels sturdy, made with heavy gauge metal. The additional lag bolt installation makes it feel super secure. I like that this pole has both stationary and rotating options and can be swapped easily. The pole does take a lot of space around it to use safely. It can be taken down as needed if I need the space for something else. Really great workout and a lot of fun.

Okay it did take reading the instructions a few times before I could fully understand the construction but once I got it, it's really sturdy and I feel safe on it. Very nice quality.

I love this pole! It wasn’t hard to assemble. The only thing you have to remember is to tighten it after a few uses!!

Make sure it’s set up correctly. I set it up by myself multiple times. It’s pretty stable you just want to make sure to keep tightening it. Put something on the ceiling in between it to prevent scuffing. It’s easier to climb with grip but I am out of practice. I’ve had for years now and not giving it up. I did fall on my back from halfway one time but it was my fault for not checking it before jumping on it. I had been drinking.

No issue so far. The install was easy but helps if there are 2 people. I love how sleek it is. Great value for your money!

This product came with a defective piece. The allen screw in the base pole was off-center and so it was completely impossible to remove, which meant that the entire pole was impossible to assemble. If you buy this product, this is what you get. The customer service did not help with the issue. They did not provide a refund, even though the entire product was defective because of this. The only solution they offered was to have me repackage the entire thing and ship it back to them, which they would not re-imburse. Of course that was out of the question for me, and they didn't offer any other solution when I told them that. So I am out a lot of money for a product that I can't use or get a refund for, as well as several hours trying to troubleshoot their broken allen screw. I tried everything to get it loose, and even took it to a few hardware stores, but it was completely stuck because of a manufacturing error. The only help came from Amazon, which was able to provide a partial refund for the product. However, the maker of the pole was unable to help me at all.

The pole is nice, the company sucks. I tried reaching out 3 times to order replacement parts and couldn't get through to the company. They dont offer parts for the black dance pole. They do have silver poles available with extra parts but they need to have a better customer service.

Arriving with all the correct components, the DVD lacks audio, yet after viewing it a few times, it becomes genuinely straightforward. My flooring consists of carpeting and popcorn ceilings, and I can confirm that it's suitable as there is no damage to the ceiling. I promptly executed an inverted maneuver, and it remains secure like a true champion. I would highly recommend enlisting the assistance of a second person to ensure it is properly aligned and holds a couple of items. I am thoroughly enamored with it and exceedingly satisfied. Due to having children, I prefer not to leave it up permanently, but the swift setup and disassembly make it very convenient. A small step ladder will come in handy. Apart from that, it functions well, although the rotation may initially feel a bit rigid, it improves significantly once in motion. I genuinely rate it as five stars.
