This has been my go-to fire starter since buying my BGE in 2020. No issues so far, lights up as expected and seems to last a little longer than other brand I've tried.

Works as designed
These work great, I have been using them for years. The directions say to use three at a time to light the Egg, but I have only ever used one. Just teepee some charcoal around it and they will start every time.

Quality Charcoal Starters
I have not found any substitution for BGE charcoal starters. I have tried other less expensive brands, and I have always been disappointed.I store them outside. Over the hot summer months, other brands have melted and gotten difficult to use. BGE charcoal starters never lose their shape, texture, or quality.
