E' un ottimo metodo per rendere più difficili e sfidanti le posizioni di equilibrio, per approfondire la libertà di movimento in estensione della schiena, per costruire la forza e la stabilità necessaria a salire in inversione. Inutile dire che è uno strumento super utile e versatile anche da utilizzare durante le lezioni con gli studenti che si divertono sempre molto nell'approccio a questo prop! :)

This wheel is a great prop to work on balance, strength (core work) and flexibility! A playful way to tune into one's body! Great size, comfortable surface, sturdy design, I love it! I also bought a strap which is of perfect quality. As far as I am concerned, Pete's Choice is the best in terms of quality and value for money. Highly recommend this brand!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Yoga-Rad-Set! Das Rad ist sehr stabil, sauber verarbeitet und angenehm gepolstert – ideal für Rückbeugen, Dehnübungen und zur Unterstützung bei fortgeschrittenen Posen. Es gibt dem Rücken eine wohltuende Dehnung und hilft, Verspannungen zu lösen. Der beiliegende Yogagurt ist ebenfalls von guter Qualität und lässt sich vielseitig einsetzen – vor allem für Dehnungen und zur Verlängerung der Reichweite in bestimmten Haltungen. Besonders hilfreich finde ich das mitgelieferte eBook: Es erklärt viele Übungen anschaulich und gibt tolle Tipps, wie man das Rad effektiv in die eigene Praxis integrieren kann. Ein rundum gelungenes Set, das sowohl für Anfänger als auch Fortgeschrittene geeignet ist. Ich nutze es fast täglich und merke schon jetzt eine Verbesserung meiner Flexibilität und Körperhaltung.
