Useless
Bought one each my two little girls (9 and 11) as they like science in school and love using my magnifying glass. They couldn't wait to get it out and use it on flowers, dirt and insects etc. However, the thing is just a cheap piece of plastic with glass in it... Couldn't zoom or focus on anything. Can't see anything except a blurred image and some internal dirt from bad manufacturing. Don't waste you money or time. Very disappointed. Can't believe people give this a 5/5.

Bad manufacturing
Absolutely rubbish. There was what looked like plastic dust from manufacturing inside the lense tube. There was no way to clean it inside. I got a replacement and it was the same problem as the first. Returned for a refund instead. Child was not happy that he could not enjoy his birthday present.

8 year old loved it!
My nephew loved this. He’s totally into science and is super curious. Takes quite a bit of adjusting in terms of moving eye/face to position it correctly to see through properly. The light is too bright for white stuff but can view in daylight if need to with no light. I could see the fibres close up of a woolly jumper and the pattern of my skin. You can see specks of black but it was cool enough to forget this imperfection. Wouldn’t get this anyone younger.

Tatty box
Just got the box out to wrap for Christmas and the end flap is slightly torn and seal was broken, not great but too late to send back I need it for the weekend

Not brilliant
I bought it for my grandson for Christmas unfortunately there was dirt on the lens which was impossible to clean. I returned it. No one from the company has been in contact to discuss the issue!!!

Very Poor Quality
Image has dirt & hair. Appears to be inside the unit. Arrived in its box with the label stick on the side so not able to return.

Dirt inside the microscope
Only just opened this from Christmas and it has dirt trapped inside the microscope, not on the lens making this unusable. Please advise?

The box contained only the magnifier no slides or anything else bot not ussablePlease contact me to arrange getting the missing parts to me pls
