Wish there was a way to measure the difference

I use these pills to reverse adrenal fatigue (excess of cortisol due to stress) that was causing me hair loss. After taking these pills I’ve seen less hairs in the shower, and my hair is growing back.

Great product. This was the first brand of Ashwagandha I used. I was pleased with the effects (feeling calmer etc). I decided to try the Pure Encapsulations brand as I use that brand for many other supplements with good results. The other brand did not work as well as these, so I while I used up the Pure brand ones, I am now happily back to using these again.

I chose this as a simple, once-a-day addition to my routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle arrived sealed and in good condition. I appreciate the vegan capsule and the clear labeling with suggested use. I can’t speak to long-term results from a supplement in a short window, but I had no issues with tolerance when taking it as directed. If you are sensitive to supplements, it’s still worth starting slow and paying attention to how you feel. Pros: easy-to-swallow capsules, clean packaging, straightforward directions Cons: premium price for some budgets, results vary person to person This picture is of their 180 count but is still the same good quality. I have tried many different Ashwagandha's in the past.

It's a great product and made locally - WNC - so feel really good about getting it being eco-friendly ; ) Came really fast too and company even has a # to call, if needed. I would recommend this product to anyone. Merry Christmas.
