I like this local company. They are known for quality R&D (research/development). Recently started taking their Potassium Capsules. These are sturdy but go down smooth. This in combo with their magnesium has helped reduce some occasional foot cramping. Would buy again.

I'm on a very restrictive diet because I can't digest many foods, thus I must be on many supplements, potassium among them. I have found that this keeps up my level of potassium without it being difficult to swallow, such as another form of potassium I was taking. This is easy to swallow and most importantly it's kosher which means that I can take it according to the kosher laws of Judaism. For many reading this it will mean nothing, but for vegetarians, vegans, and Observant Jewish people it will be the difference between purchasing it or not. It has no animal ingredients, no wheat, starch, etc., in it. This product is a winner. You won't be disappointed in it.

I have been reading so much about not getting enough potassium that taking 1 capsule with 99 mg isn’t much! But I don’t know if it’s safe to take more as we should have I believe 3500 mg daily & eating a white or sweet potato daily is very good.
