Yes. The sleeve (that I received) has an opaque red plastic back and a clear plastic front.

Where is this product manufactured? It is advertised as being made in the United States.

The one that I got several years ago states that it is made in Japan.

Are the graduations laser etched?

I don't know the process, but yes, it is etched.
