I installed the camera on my caravan SWIFT Sprite SB MAJOR 4. I have installed the camera under a rear lamp as shown. I did not use the wiring from this lamp as the connections are all sealed and only a little exposed wire. I ran the cable along the chassis to the front side light connectors where there is easy access to the power supply from the side light.The camera works very well and picture is of good quality and clear. Not used it on night vision yet.The power to the camera is activated when the caravan is connected to my vehicle tow bar electrics.

The bench test was good, clear picture, even without the aerial. What was disappointing is that the angle of 170 degrees suggested is only obtained by moving the camera on its frame. I expected it to be a full 170 when in a fixed position. But I still think it will be ok for our open sports car with poor rear vision generally!

I have not had time to mount it on my car yet. But I did test it out. Nice sharp image and the resolution is excellent. Everything is in excellent shape. The camera has a great reception range and a very clear video image. The picture is perfect for backing and seeing what is not only directly behind you but also what is around the area behind you. For as often as I will use this and the picture clarity it currently provides...I'm happy with my purchase.

I really am impressed with the camera. I've installed it on my discovery and trailer. Reversing around corners was always stressful once the trailer was out of sight! An absolute dream to drive now. It was easy to install. Initially i couldn't get it working and then i realised the wire joiners weren't good enough to cut into the cameras own wire well enough. Cut the wires back and soldered together and it works perfectly. I really am chuffed to bits. I need to order a second camera now for the car when the trailers not on.

Loved the fact that it had all been paired for instant use. Didn’t buy it as a reversing aid but as a caravan rear view camera. Just had to extend the power cable on the camera to reach one of the caravans 12v socket and used one in the car for the display screen!Love it!!!

I am getting to picture come through after 6 weeks of use. Is anyone else having this issue? The markers are showing but not the picture. All cables are connected and un damaged? Any help appreciated.

Broke after 6 months, there was always a time delayed in the picture show. For £120 I was pretty dissapointed in the product.

Das Set kam im Karton sehr gut und sicher verpackt.Es wird sehr viel Zubehör mitgeliefert. Die mit gelieferten Kabel sind in der Länge sicher ausreichend.Die Kamera macht ein sehr guten und wertigen Eindruck. Ist aus Metall und sehr gut verarbeitet.Monitor wirkt im ersten Moment etwas einfach, ist im Betrieb sehr gut. Bildqualität ist mindestens gut.Kann man erst im Fahrbetrieb und bei verschiedenen Wetterlagen beurteilen. So in der Garage gefällt mir das Bild sehr gut.Die Bedienung des Monitors ist sehr einfach. Geht auch ohne Anleitung. Deutsche Sprache kann eingestellt werden. Habe auch den Saugnapf bestellt macht auch einen sehr guten Eindruck. Allerdings noch nicht getestet.Eine zweite Kamera läßt sich auch anscheinend sehr einfach mit dem Monitor pairen und wird im Menü angeboten.Habe die Monitor & Kamera in der Garage vor dem Einbau getestet. Als erstes habe ich den Monitor angeschlossen und dann die Kamera. Beide haben sich sofort verbunden. Nach abschalten und wieder anschalten am Power Switch des Monitors erfolgt eine Verbindung sofort. (1-2 s) Auch nach abschalten und wieder einschalten der Spannungsversorgung beider Geräte erfolgt eine Verbindung sofort.Habe dann noch die Stromaufnahme der beiden Geräte gemessen:Monitor im Leerlauf (also ohne Verbindung zur Kamera) ~ 0,16 A / 1,9 WVerbunden mit der Kamera ~ 0,4 A / 4,8WKamera allein und mit Monitor verbunden ~ 0,13 A / 1,5WSpannung war konstant 12V in allen Betriebsfällen.Ob die Stromaufnahme steigt bei einer größeren Entfernung zwischen Geräten habe ich nicht getestet.Aus meiner Sicht bis jetzt ein sehr gutes Produkt.Dies ist eine private und völlig freie und unabhängige Beurteilung die ich geschrieben habe da ich glaube das ein paar Zusatzinformationen hier hilfreich sind.

Urvolax 61X set binnen twee dagen in huis, mooi werk. Zeer compleet: alle schroefjes, klemmen, steunen en bekabeling voor aansluiting op 12 V DC zitten erbij. Wanneer je via internet de set aanmeldt voor garantie, kun je ook nog kiezen voor uitbreiding garantie tot 18 maanden of een geschenk. Ik heb de zuignap voor op de voorruit besteld, wordt praktisch meteen verzonden. Camera binnen in mijn caravan gemonteerd, “kijkt” door achterraam. Voeding afgetakt van 12 V led-lamp aansluiting van bedlampje (wij hebben bed achterin). Monitor heeft betrekkelijk kleine verticale en horizontale kijkhoek, met plaatsing rekening mee houden. Kwestie van even uitproberen. In mijn Volvo op de middenconsole, vóór de transmissiehendel, naar mij gericht voldoet in eerste instantie. Later uitproberen met zuignapbevestiging op voorruit. Afstand tussen camera en monitor 10,5 meter, ontvangst met stationair draaiende motor voortreffelijk. Ik heb er nog niet mee gereden, verwacht echter geen problemen. Zodra ik met de caravan op pad ben geweest, zal ik een update plaatsen.
