This serving spoon is about 3" across and bright chrome. It's strong and holds the food it's ladling out without it spilling or bending down. It's a bit pricey but the quality is good.

I’ve been replacing all the black plastic kitchen utensils and needed an all around basic cooking spoon. The design is perfect. Thin enough edge to baste and scoop yet sturdy, nothing flimsy about this spoon. The thicker ergonomic handle gives the handle some weight and is comfortable to hold.
