Wow if you looking at this lemon ginger Crystal you need to get you some cuz I have felon in love with them I put one pack in a 32 oz water bottle aluminum and it is so delicious and put you some ice on it I'd mostly drink it cold I'm not drinking it hot but I tell you it does it's the body some good get you some.
