I found the Tv very easy to setup for tuning in the local channels etc ...
Was Looking for a flat screen HDTV from the beginning of this year but was overwhelmed with all thats out there until i came across this little gem by the name of Ocosmo. When i did some research i found out that this little tv has 3 HDMI Composite Component USB PC Input Audio Out Built in DVD Player and support for Roku TV Streaming. Its only 720 P but thats ok most Digital Channels are not even 1080i so unless you're watching a BluRay Movie 720 P is ok in my opinion. I found the Tv very easy to setup for tuning in the local channels etc adjusting the sound quality was interesting as there is a graphic equalizer included to enhance the sound quality picture quality is decent for what i need it for and for the sort of price i picked this tv up for i really cannot complain Dvd operation was a bit slow but shows a decent picture overall i'm very happy with this purchase and would 100% recommend this tv I would mention there is a small amount of assembly to complete after taking everything out of the box just attaching the stand to the bezel which should only take you 5 mins to complete and thats it. The remote Control is also decent sized with the buttons far apart enough so you will always touch the right one and this item was fulfilled directly by Amazon which arrived promptly hence i have given this Tv 5 stars which it rightly deserves!

Very surprisingly pleased!
Who's heard of oCOSMO?!?! There were only a few reviews on this TV but they were mostly positive so with Amazon's amazing return policy, I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm glad I did!! I got this when it was $200 before Black Friday. This TV is super light, even with the built-in DVD player. I'm currently watching digital over-the-air TV with the built in digital tuner and it's got a very satisfactory picture. The sound is what you would expect from a really light, inexpensive TV. It sounded really small initially, but we got used to it quickly and it's more than adequate for the bedroom which we purchased it for. I've only used the DVD player once so far (had it for two weeks), but it worked fine when I did. Keep in mind that you have to set the source to DVD in order for the DVD to go in. I didn't know this and thought it was broken at first; almost broke it myself by trying to force the disc in! I docked this TV one star because there is a light green (or white) fading in the upper left corner. It's only visible when it's black and doesn't affect the picture, but it shouldn't be there. However, I liked this TV so much, I figured I'd write a review about it! Unless you're a super audio or videophile, I think you'll be happy with this purchase.

Cheap is as cheap does
You more or less get what you pay for here. TVs with built in DVD player are not real common, so there aren't a lot of options to choose from. Some of the things I don't care for with this one - the DVD player is a pretty bulky extension off the back, in fact it interfered with the plate for my wall mount (I had to fashion stand-offs to fit between the plate and the TV). Also, the DVD operation is pretty clunky - you have to first select DVD as the input, until you do that the DVD player has no power and won't even accept a disc.Plus, the DVD player started acting up not even 2 months after purchase - it'll play about 1/2 a movie then freeze up. I ended up replacing this with a 39" TV and separate compact Blu-Ray player (ran HDMI through the wall, to eliminate visible cables - my original reason for getting a combo unit). I'll have this one serviced under warranty and put it in a guest bedroom.

Beware! oCOSMO 32-Inch 720p 60Hz LED HDTV with Built-in DVD Player
I purchased this TV because of the reviews. When I received it, the quality wasn’t the best, but for the price, I thought I would try it out anyway. After two months, I moved the TV to another room. When I tried to watch it, the inner screen was cracked. I should’ve known that it was very fragile because of the poor quality. I called Sceptre, the maker of the TV, and they told me that the warranty does not cover cracked screens regardless of it being internal. At the time, the TV was $224. All I can say is that I wasted $224. I would not recommend this TV or any other TV made by the maker. If you decide to purchase this or any other product made by them, I wish you the best.

just ok
Got this 32" because my 19" Samsung's screen was just too small to watch from across the bedroom. Ok for the price but some annoying "features" which, although they do not irritate me enough to return it, if I had known about them beforehand I would not have bought it.1. Audio volume calibrated too high - even the very lowest volume setting before silence is too loud - at the lowest setting I can still hear the tv from other rooms. I tried every combination of audio settings available but lowest setting is still too loud. So I finally hooked up my computer speakers for better control of low volume.2. There are several pre-set video schemes with different combinations of brightness/contrast/color etc. However the differences between the schemes is so small as to make them useless, and you are not allowed to edit them. You are only allowed to edit the one "user" scheme. Similar complaint for the pre-set audio schemes.3. "ocosmo" logo splash screen every time you turn it on4. Although there is a sleep timer, there are apparently no program timers. You can't set it to wake up and play a chosen channel for a specified amount of time or automatically switch to another channel at a certain time. The Samsung has program timers and I miss being able to do this on the ocosmo.5. There doesn't seem to be a way to manually add individual channels - you have to repeat the entire channel scan and then again go through re-marking which channels you want skipped and which to set as favorites. On the plus side, the picture looks good when displaying HD broadcasts and I haven't had any problems using the DVD player as other reviewers have. It's good enough for a bedroom TV.
