This is a poor quality product. I ordered two of this and one came fine and another came with manufacturing defects. Worse, the installer came only around 10 days later and that too after multiple calls to Amazon. The bed that was installed is shaky and needed a ply sheet because the design is so poor and mattress sags. The ply sheet cost me another Rs 5000!!!! Avoid this bed and buy it only if you wish to spend another Rs 5000 or so to make it usable. And if you like repeatedly calling Amazon and begging for someone to install. Also do not buy this bed if you live in a smaller city. Amazon support and installation support is very poor in smaller cities.

The bolts are not fixed properly, so the bed is shaking.

Item is complete defective. No body came for installation in spite of my repeated complaints calls. Finally I installed with the help of local person. However one side out of four sides not matching perfectly and hence screws can not be fitted properly. Now I am using this defective piece and hence can not return now. I am ready to purchase new one but you should refund me because of defective piece. You refund me so that I can return back this piece and order for new one. Thank you.
