So this is a duplex PRINTER, not a duplex scanner or copier, I have just got off the phone with Kyocera support.I got this all set up with SMTP scan to email, all raring to go. Then I find that the 50 page auto document feeder is useless for double sided material.Given the capability of this machine this makes no sense to me what so ever. The machine even has a ignore blank page feature - normally only seen on duplex scanners to avoid filling up a doucment with blank back sides of duplex documents. I am dumbfounded by this huge lack in specification.It is of no use to us as we have substantial amounts of double sided scanning to process.As a printer it is capable, and as a flatbed scanner its ok. Who uses an ADF for single sided material?This is such a misleading description and data sheet provided by the manufacturer.I am returning this.

This is the fourth Kyocera I have bought for my office. Great machines and capable of hard work. Would have been 5 stars but for the miniscule toner that comes with a new machine (lasted a week) and the high cost of replacement toner

Llevo usándola 3 meses. En principio, cumple su cometido, pero es más ruidosa que la antigua HP que tenía, incluso en modo de silencio. El mayor defecto que veo es que exige sustituir el tóner cuando aún le queda algo de vida. No he encontrado todavía la manera de eliminar esta alarma y usar el toner hasta el final después de agitarlo un poco como lo hacía con la HP. Sobra decir que uso tóner reciclado porque el original es prohibitivo.

Offensichtlich es es so, dass Kyocerea ihre 1b-Qualität über eine eigene Vertriebslinie und nicht über ihr Händlernetz verkauft. Die Inanspruchnahme der Garantie ist praktisch unmöglich, da hier sehr viele nervige Barrieren aufgebaut wurden und Kyocera Hilfe ablehnt. Der Standardhineweis: wenden Sie sich an den Verkäufer (Sitz in Italien!!) hilft nicht !. Ich erwarte hier Service von der Niederlassung von Kyocera, in dem ich das Gerät dort hinbringen kann, aber das wird abgelehnt. ich soll das Gerät nach Italien einschicken??? 20 kg neu verpacken? Passt nicht. Die Lehre: Kauf keine Gerät im Onlinebetrieb, nur weil das angeblich billiger ist. Auch bei Brother habe ich ähnlich negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Die haben die Garantie verweigert, weil ich ein Fremdfirmadruckpatrone benutzt habe, auch wenn die Reparatur damit rein gar nichts zu tun hat. (Das Gerät kann das erkennen.) und speichern.
