Black 500 Denier Nylon Cordura Nylon Fabric Water Repellent

The material came in a timely fashion. I am impressed with the quality and the durability of the material. Good quality product and I will purchase again!

I needed a lighter wt cordura for a small project and I found exactly what I needed from Fabric Collections Inc! I was amazed at the price, the fast shipping and very, very pleased when I got to see/touch the fabric. (I wanted to avoid the heavier denier corduras and the 500 is perfect for what I'll be making.) This is a vendor I would happily order from again.

Tried all sorts of things, washing with detergent, soaking in vinegar, but (what I assumed to be) the factory smell won't come off. It is tolerable though, weird doesn't mean bad. Texture and thickness is nice and is a sturdy yet flexible fabric.

I ordered it to make a hay pillow for my daughters horse trailer. She loved it. It does not fray and is stiff so perfect for the project.. Sewed just fine and does not stretch, so that was good. I had to order more and the price increased by $3.00 a yard in a 2 week period. Did not like that part.

The fabric quality is excellent and feels exactly as I'd hoped. However, I was disappointed to receive a 60x40" piece instead of the 60x60" advertised. While the material itself is great, the incorrect size was an inconvenience. Would have rated higher if the sizing matched the listing.

It’s 500 denier cordura. Not much else to say. Came in an envelope. Used it to make pockets on a pair of skydiving pants. Fabric is holding up to the 130 mph winds and being dragged on dirt/grass from time to time. Not as tough as 1000 denier.

Compared to the genuine fabric, this is not authentic. The real cordura has a thinner, tighter weave with a thin, clear back coating -- this frays and gets unraveled easily. The finish is shiny and not matte.
