Why? really? why add caffeine to this, it makes zero sense???

Hi. Makes perfect sense to me. You can have caffeine on a Keto diet, and that little morning boost (VERY little) is a lovey addition...even mid afternoon. It's adds just a bit a coffee taste... So good. But if you don't want caffeine, there are two other flavors of progranola which are really good!

The 100mg of caffeine is listed as part of the bulk ingredients of the package.....it is not part of the values per serving. Hope that helps. I decided it was for the whole package, which is 15 servings.
