Q: If i don't care about my battery lasting for 1 year and i always use them constantly in my flameless candles, does it matter if i get lsd vs regular?

The LSD feature is only beneficial if you're storing the batteries over long periods of time. I have both types of batteries and, like you, have a lot of flameless candles. I've found that putting the LSD batteries in one luminara candle, and the non LSD in another candle of the same type makes no difference. They both discharge at the same rate.

Q: Where are these made?

These are made in China. I have been using them for a year, quality and performance are acceptable. I prefer the "Centura" rather than the "Premium", longer life between charges. For AA and AAA, use Eneloop, they are the best on the market (Japan). Had to go with Tenergy for C and D cells since eneloop does not sell the larger sizes here.

Q: What is the measured Voltage of these cells?

The measured volt is 1.2 Volts. The discharge curve is different from a 1.5 volt battery, however. When fully charged, they will measure about 1.4 volts, and shortly will drop to 1.2 volts during use. The discharge curve will then flatten out at 1.2 volts and will very slowly drop until about 1.1 volts is reached, then will hit a steep knee bend and drop virtually straight down at about 1.0-0.9 volts.

Q: Do I need a Tenergy charger to charge these or can I use my current NiMh (Westinghouse) charger?

You don't need a Tenergy charger to charge these batteries. In fact, there are many chargers out there that are of better quality than the Tenergy charger. I don't know anything specific about your Westinghouse charger. But if it is a good quality smart charger that charges the batteries on independent channels, it should work fine.
