I try to use lipstick as i leave the house but end up using this balm day and night, absolutely amazing product i have used it for years, best to use at night before you sleep, you’ll end up with plump lips in the morning, smells amazing, i also use the coloured one, just a tiny bit and my lips look natural with a pinch of colour. Highly recommended and they last so long you have no idea so definitely worth every penny.

Did not work for me

Used it for a year. the balm packaging is really nice. but all it does its give me a burning sensation and the skin keeps peeling. i have to apply vaseline after this one dries up. not sure whether its only me or actually worked for someone else

It works.... I've stopped using it now ONLY because I have reached my desired "lip contrast". Very good product. I almost finished the product, lasted me a few weeks, using on average 3 times a day (I don't like dry lips in general lol) thumbs up from me.

I’ve been using this balm for a few months now so I wanted to give it a fair shot before reviewing. Sadly, I have to say I wasn’t very impressed.Let’s start with the good, the packaging is beautiful. It comes in this sleek wooden container inside a round box with a ribbon, which makes it feel very premium and gift worthy. But unfortunately that’s where the excitement ends.When it comes to lip lightening, I didn’t notice any difference at all. I had high hopes but after consistent daily use there was no visible improvement in tone. If anything, it worked more like a basic lip balm rather than anything specialised.After the first couple of months, I started noticing a bad smell coming from the product. The scent and taste were fine at first but slowly developed into something quite unpleasant. It started to smell bad both in the pot and on my lips and even had a bit of a strange taste. Definitely not something I wanted to keep reapplying.Yes, it’s somewhat moisturising, but I’ve used other balms (including cheaper or more well known brands) that offer much better hydration and last longer on the lips.Overall this feels like a case of style over substance. The packaging is lovely but it ends up in the bin while the balm itself just didn’t live up to the claims or the price.Pros:• Beautiful packaging• Light moisturising effectCons:• No noticeable lip lightening• Developed a bad smell and taste over time• Not as hydrating as other options• Won’t be repurchasing

I have never written an Amazon review before because honestly… who has time for that. But this lip balm?!! I have all the time in the world.So a few years ago my lips started to darken from stress, maybe eczema. Idk. They were dark for so long, I just got used to my new black lip colour.I tried lemon, honey. You name it! Nothing worked.I buy this lip balm just hoping it’ll be a good moisturiser. I didn’t think for a second about any lightening properties. I use it first time… wow! Cute packaging and smells amazing! My lips feel super, deeply moisturised. Great. I’m happy with that.But wait! There’s more. Two weeks go by, my lips are lightening?!!Fast forward 4-5 weeks of using it and my lips are back to their normal colour after 3 years of them being dark! I can’t stop looking in the mirror at my pink lips. So to summarise: great smell, very moisturising, cute packaging and lightens lips back to normal complexion. 10/10 would recommend! 🙌🏾
