Not as hydrating as I’d hoped it would be.

The conditioner was not taped or wrapped in plastic and the conditioner went everywhere. Super not excited for as expensive as it is that it wouldn’t be packaged better.

Like others mine arrived with the product all over the inside of the box, which was all over the other two items in the box.

This conditioner is neither wonderful, nor horrible. I don't notice that it has done anything different than my normal conditioner.
