Great stain remover. Gets rid of mold and it doesn't return. Works so quickly you can see the stain disappear in minutes. Does have a slight bleach oder, but it dissipates quickly. Safe to use in a basement if closed in area.

Stuff works great. Removes water stains as well as other stains.

There's a large amount of bleach in it, so when spraying surfaces be careful what you are wearing. I bought this for the black stains on my sailboat. Scrubbing the mildew on basically every surface of a cruising sailboat was an absolutely miserable, time-consuming job, and I was looking for anything that would make the job easier. I saw this stuff and figured I'd give it a shot. Wow. First I sprayed it on and immediately wiped it off, and it instantly killed the mildew, but it still did smear a little bit. Then I figured I'd let it sit for a few minutes on the surfaces I was trying to clean. Sprayed the entire ceiling of my hardtop cockpit enclosure then went to the bathroom. I came back like five minutes later and there was no mildew. It was completely gone. I couldn't believe it. Sprayed more surfaces, came back 10 minutes later. Completely white. This stuff is worth its weight in gold. It does smell powerful, so make sure you have good ventilation, and as I mentioned earlier, it will bleach your clothing if the mist (or drops) get on it. I have a pair of very oddly stained shorts and a blotched tshirt now, but it's not like I'm out a bunch of cash for them. I also got some accidentally on some of my settee upholstery and it's noticeable, but there's no question this stuff is powerful and easy to use.

Love this stuff. I have white Berber carpeting on my stairs. Only center of steps gets dirty. I just spray the dirty spots, no brushing. When dry they match the rest of the carpeting. I first tried spraying, then brushing the wet spot, it left streaks, so don’t brush, also spray not squirt. Haven’t found anything it doesn’t work on.&&&&&& just figured out a problem. Do not make up more than you are going to use soon. I made up four bottles to use whenever. The istagone swells in th bottle after awhile and will not spray. It clods up the sprayer.I have ruined four sprayers. Be sure to cleanout the spryer with clear water. Works really well when done right.

I'm giving this product three stars for a couple reasons. I had several water stains on my drywall ceilings, drop ceiling tiles and architectural ceiling tiles. I purchased this product primarily to remove the water stains from the acoustic tiles and hopefully not have to replace the architectural tiles or repaint the drywall ceilings. Here's the three stars part. Received the product, mixed per instructions and on the first pull on the spray bottle the trigger broker. -1 star. OK, got over that with a different spray bottle and used the product. Here's another -1 star. This product, at least for me, was not a one and done application. This product does work, but it takes multiple (many) applications to see the end result. My spots combined were less than a square foot and 3/4 of the product was used. Again, the product did work, but not the 60 seconds advertised.

If I could give it zero stars I would. There are before and after photos but you’ll notice there is no difference. It advertises no scrubbing needed but I even scrubbed.

Works great, even on old water stained wall paint. Much better than bleach.

The smell is strong, and it's essentially bleach mixed appropriately so it doesn't eat away at the product you spray it on, however, I have used it on my pop-up camper trailer, which is vinal, and my acrylic tub specifically the silicone around the tub because we all know that gets moldy and it works really well! Did you need the correct measurements to mix it and make sure that you clean out the sprayer that you use it with when you're done otherwise it will deteriorate the sprayer over time.
