So we had 2 rings before. First was good, but we wanted a hardwired one. The second we bought we hardwired it, but it never seemed to hold the charge well. It worked but it wasn't brilliant and missed motion events and if anyone did pass your house it would only catch them as they walked away. Anyway after some days of really heavy rain the device had it's day. We then tried a blink doorbell and that seemed much easier to setup, but we had issues with the charge on that aswell as the chime not triggering I. The house so sent it back and thought let's just stick with ring but we'll try this cheaper device. With this doorbell ring have really fixed most of the issues I mentioned above with older devices. It was easier to install too, and the reset button is now on the side of the device which makes it much easier in future to reconnect if needed. The hardwiring works and is keeping the device fully charged and powered at all times. Video capture is getting the full motion saved. And night mode even has a colour option instead of just being black and white! Were impressed with this and for the price too were glad we went back to ring. The only minor things with this are that the annual subscription for ring is more expensive than competitors, but at least we know the recordings work! And then the way you attach the device to the wall, it doesn't attach to a bracket now, which is fine, but I do feel that it leaves the back of the device where the hardwiring is exposed against the brickwork of the house, so if it rains heavy water could drip behind the device and possibly get into it maybe. I'm no expert but was just a concern. Would still recommend though. Make sure to get a ring chime (or an Alexa/echo) and a hardwiring plug for this to work.

Purchased this wired ring doorbell to give it a try.since installing it I would now not be comfortable living without one.they are easy to set up just follow instructions.good WiFi is a must I had to purchase WiFi extender to get best results as my doorbell was a good distance from my router.apart from that it's fantastic.picture quality night and day is excellent.sound quality is excellent I can pic up birds chirping it's so good.it is a really well built piece of kit.it connects to all my Alexa devices no problem so I get alerts to whoever or whatever is prowling about around my home.i get 100%ease of mind knowing no matter where I am this device lets me know on my mobile phone who is at my door.i must state that since swapping my phone to 5g the system works perfectly on my mobile phone.its that good as it also connects to my other ring cameras around my home and outside I have installed one front and one back of the house.iam also using them wherever I want survalance as I can plug in wherever I want as it is 100% weather proof.my advice is to purchase on Amazon sales as I have paid as little as £23 for these just make sure you get plug in adaptor also in sales for as little as £9.99 .I looked around for different products with subscriptions and the ring one is really excellent value for money as many cameras and alarm system plus spotlights for £8 a month and you can feel safe with your home fully protected.or just £3 for one month for one doorbell cam video alarm because that's what this is.I can view listen record talk on all my screens in the house.also it allows you to share with family friends or even your trusted neighbours whats going on.I can't tell you what piece of mind this ring doorbell has given me.I give this 100% would highly recommend this doorbell.awsome.

If you do some research as I did, there are many YouTube videos that compare Ring doorbells and The Ring Wired comes out as the best and most economical version. I did NOT have an existing bell, so I had to buy a adapter from Amazon as well, so i could plug bell into mains socket. The mains socket does not need to be near to the bell, mine is about 6 metres away and the adapter cable is so thin, you cant notice it, its not liking having an extension lead running around your house! You also dont need to by or already have an exsiting chime. It connects to your phone, so if you can hear your phone, you can hear the doorbell. It also connects to an Alexa if you really want to hear the Bell ring indoors. You also get PRE ROLL something that's not in the blurb but you get 3 seconds before action starts. VERY useful and only advertised on ring Pro versions. It uses a 'Fisheye' lens so, the field of view is much more than needed, i can see over the roof of house opposite as well as the ground by my front door. Its wide enough to cover neighbour's driveway either side of as well. Video quality is excellent, its 1080p which is HD so its going to be. Motion sensor works perfectly Night vision is also very good. Two way talk works very well, no complaints there either installed in about 10-15 mins (And Im not a DIY person!) just 2 screws in wall. If fact i have no complaints at all, why would anyone spend 200 quid on a doorbell when this does almost as much for 50! After all, its just a doorbell! If anyone told you 10 years ago, one day you would spend 50 quid on a doorbell, you would have laughed at how ridiculous that sounded. And yet here you are......... Just buy, job done

La calidad de imagen con luz, es bastante buena, se puede hablar con la persona que está al otro lado, aunque con un pequeño desfase. Tiene un sensor de movimiento integrado que te avisa cuando alguien se acerca a la zona determinada, la mayoría de las veces funciona correctamente, pero a veces el servidor no va muy fino, y hay que cerrar y abrir la app para ver el video en directo. Sólo guarda los eventos en el historial, para guardar video continuo hay que pagar una suscripción. Para mi me sobra con los servicios básicos, la compré con su adaptador original por 50€. Por este precio no hay nada mejor, tanto en calidad, como en app.

Molto bello, facile e veloce nella configurazione. Funziona molto bene piamente soddisfatto consiglio vivamente l'acquisto per il prezzo irrisorio fa più che bene il suo lavoro. Nessun problema riscontrato nè per latenza di connessione nè altri problemi che ho letto di altri utenti. Completo di tutto quello che può servire per l'installazione ho preso la versione con alimentatore incluso non so le difficoltà che ci possono essere a installarlo su cablaggio di citofono esistente. Se sono riuscito io a montarlo può riuscirci chiunque non sono elettricista ma semplice appassionato di gadget tecnologici.

Tolle kleine Klingel. Hatte bedenken für den Preis für 59 Euro aber nein wirklich tolles Gerät auch der WLAN Empfang ist super. Diese Chrime Gong braucht man nicht die Alexas Echo Dot und Show klingeln im Haus. Auch Bild und Ton sind Ok. Man darf für 59 Euro natürlich keine Wunder erwarten. Ich würde Sie wieder kaufen. Das 3 Euro Abo im Monat kaufe ich nicht brauche keine Aufzeichnung.

Montato da qualche giorno, per adesso direi ottimo, vedremo nel tempo, purtroppo ho dovuto installarlo senza alcuna copertura, vedremo la durata nel tempo. Funziona benissimo nonostante sia proprio al limite come segnale wifi.
