This outdoor mat is the best I've ever bought. I usually have to buy a new one every year living in a state that has 4 seasons but I have had this for almost 2 years and showing no signs of distress. I have since bought 1 more and loving it.

Water collects in the rubber edges and doesn't evaporate very well in a shaded area, therefore you're tracking water in the house. If you put it in a full sun area, the rain water evaporates quickly under full sun

This doormat has more texture and therefore catches more debris than the previous all-one-texture mat we'd been using. It is located outside the door between the living room and the open porch that leads to the pool, so it needed to be kind to bare feet, yet good at catching bits of leaves and mulch. It does both. It is attractive enough that I'm going to get a second one for another door nearby. We have not had it long enough to rate its durability, sturdiness, and ease of cleaning, but there is nothing about it that makes me think it wouldn't rate five stars in those areas over time.

Well, I've reviewed this once before so I don't know why I'm getting this again. But here goes....I like the color, it blends in with the porch cedar stain. It's tough so should last a long time. The design is nice, not loud so that everybody notices it, just a subtle reminder that it's there to wipe your feet.
