Niacin is a great addition to my already healthy & nutritious diet. However, based on the average American diet and the Corporate Assault on humanities wholesome food supply via "PROCESSED FOODS". Fake Food with the same taste but nearly no nutritional value or nutrients. That os what we get for allowing corporate America to run amok!
