We (wife) decided to go with the chrome version. we ordered the same one but chrome.

Took us ages to get around to fitting it, and I bought 4, 1 for each of our bathrooms, and one of them leaks so badly it is unusable. Very fed up. Now I need to order another unit and can't get a refund because I bought it 10 months ago :( so annoying. Just poor quality. It's the actual mechanism which wont close, not a seal or anything, so it's like its permanently on and dripping.

Beautiful brushed gold finish, excellent if you're going for a luxe finish in your toilet. Picture above shows the L-piece with the valve, a T-pice would be more handy instead for DIY Warning! This product does not come with a T-piece crucial for connecting the bidet hose to the main water supply and toilet water reservoir. I have to buy a separate piece to install this beautiful bidet properly. If you're one of the lucky ones who have a separate water supply outlet, then you won't have any problems with the installation...and oh, I almost forgot to mention that this DOES NOT include any instructions with the installation so if you're planning on doing this as a DIY project, equip yourself with research and tutorial vids , otherwise, the overall quality is good and the finish is beautifully made

Started to leak from spray head after a while. Not great quality

This arrived in great condition. Looks to a high standard. Need to install but from from the surface it all looks good.
