I purchased the five stylish protector cases which all came in their own separate resealable plastic protection bag all in one box. A little disappointed that the box was not wrapped in plastic protection to keep away from possible rainy days when being delivered to a home front door that is exposed to the elements.On to the product review, they are stylish with fantastic material that is water resistant, but not sure about submerging them into the water due to only having a zipper to close the device. Plenty of room to add more than a SATA and cable, possibly add flash drives and even put some SSD cases in the case. As I said plenty of room for multiple configurations. Compact enough to store in a suitcase, messenger bag, backpack, camera bag, or even for a small purse. They are durable hard cases not as hard as you think, they have a bit of soft durability in the center as long as you don't slam down a cinderblock of something of that magnitude, I would not suggest doing one of those car drives over in the commercials.I would purchase again from the seller.But still a more protective case than the traditional plastic baggy cover.

Sturdy Cases, perfect to take my extra hard drive outside my office.

Fits 2TB WD MyPassport portable hard drive with plenty of room to spare. Just over an inch open at end of hard drive leaves room for a USB thumb drive as well. Folks deeply concerned about waterproofing their storage can easily add a zip-top plastic bag inside the case to add that type of protection. This 5 pack was carton overpacked with each case individually bagged. Colors exactly as shown in supplier's photos, black, blue, red, purple, green. At $4 per unit, it's a great value for my money. I have different portable drives and the colors will help me readily identify what I'm looking for (i.e. photo drive, document drive, etc.). I inspected all the cases and zippers on all five opened and closed without difficulty, although material fitment was not exact on all 5 units (one case had slight edge ripples on exterior cover material), I would rate overall quality of construction as very good. Case also is a perfect fit for a Ruger LCP and 2 magazines, although it's not a child safe - lockable storage device. If your device is 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 3/4 inches or less, it should fit with no problem - easy to stuff with a fill cloth if you're concerned about movement inside the case. Soft interior, durable exterior, and unbeatable pricing exactly added up to what I was looking for.

I bought this product to keep diabetic supplies in. I wanted something small enough to throw in my purse. This was a perfect choice! I can keep my meter, lancets, pen, strips and alcohol pads in there and still have some room left over. The case is pretty firm so nothing will get crushed or bent.It would work very well for the external hard drive also :) I haven't had to test the waterproof effectiveness.

I purchased a few different portable drive cases on a whim and found that some cases were too narrow for my WD Black Portable Gaming Drive. I'm glad to say that these products fit that drive very well.On the negative side, these cases are less padded than some of their counterparts. Nonetheless, they should provide adequate protection for your portable drives if you don't throw them out of a moving vehicle.There are other *Basic* (wink wink) cases that DO fit the WD Gaming drives as well, but they are not as colorful or inexpensive as this product.

These cases are nice, economical and durable. The colors are vibrant too-- I purchased green and red. Recommend!

Well made cases, through no fault of the manufacturer, they can be crushed in shipping, despite two requests Amazon continues to ship them in soft envelopes rather than boxes. Good product for the price though.
