Helps with sleeping.
Got this product because I have adifficult time staying asleep. I thought this would help and it has. I still wake up but am able to get back to sleep.

They work.
These pills work and the effects last all day. The capsules I've taken wear off in the evening and my energy crashes. I'm taking two pills a day to taper off long term Prednisone. They're working.

Most PREG comes in capsules. Happy to have another pill. I have found that letting the tablet melt in the mouth allows for the slowing of the delivery of the resource. The body uses what it has available now and eliminates the rest. Slowing down the delivery over the hour makes more available and less eliminated.

This is helping me
I started with a lower dosage, as advised when reading about pregnenolone. I took 1/4 tablet each night for a week, then 1/2 tab a night for the next week, then went to 1 full tablet (100 mg) every night. I'm sleeping better, and having less inflammation.

Quality matters
Pregnenone has been prescribed for my mother as a memory supplement. It also has more benefits. My mother takes it at beftime because it helps her to sleep. Seems to really help with better moods. Anxiety decreased although after 2 weeks no difference in my very poor menopausal sleep issues, which is why I was so excited to try it. But I’ll take the happy mood over irritable depression any day!
