With food allergies, I have to be careful to avoid soy, almonds and peanuts. These nuts are delicious and provide good nutrition. I often have them with me when traveling in case I find it hard to get something to eat on the road. Try them!

From the first time i tried this I have been hooked! Its crunchy and sweet and just delicious! They sell this at my local food store, but since I love it so much I rather buy it in bulk. Even if you don't like cashews, you have to try it! You won't regret it!
