This is another of the tools that you don't think you need until you cannot find a tool for the job. I got this to remove a lampshade securing collar that was cross threaded and with heat had seized solid. There was not enough room to get anything other than finger tips in, this did the trick first attempt. Next job was to recover a circlip and washer from an oven fan spindle which was up against the motor, behind the oven backplate without dismantling the oven. There have been other uses but you get the idea. Silly tool but really usefull.
