This appears to be a great product. I ordered the recommended size for my husband. Per his 46" waist measurement, the chart suggested 3XL. I felt that might not be right, so I ordered a size down (XXL) to be safe. Thank goodness! The XXL ended up fitting him, but it was very easy to put on, so it will have to go on at the tightest row, so won't last as long as it should, if only because it stretches out a little or when he loses the first inch.As for the quality, it has pliable, yet rigid boning which helps to keep it from rolling down or rolling over - which is something many of these cinchers lack. It's hard to tell whether the inner fabric is truly 100% rubber or a high quality stretchy vinyl, but it's nice and strong - thick, but not too thick. There's only a very, very faint odor as would be excepted from any new material, but you really have to sniff it to notice. This is coming from someone who has sensitivities and gets headaches from what is probably undiagnosed allergies to odors.My husband says it's very comfortable, and he feels like he can move well in it. From the moment he got it on, I could see a noticeable difference.So I give it an A+ for fit, comfort, and quality. But size down. I'll give an update if anything changes after he's worn it for a couple hours instead of the 5 minutes to test it out. So far, I think it's worth the money.

Its great adjustable hooks, the hooks feel; f=more secure, the lining on the inside next to my skin helps with sweating and I am able to apply sweet sweat balm on the lining instead of my skin especial for the back and love handles area. Very durable and washable but I air dry. I highly recommend

Should of gotten Velcro fasteners. Cumbersome. I didn't use it past the first couple of attempts. I found that a binder wrap worked, in my case, much better. If you're fat, it probably won't fit. If you're average, it will probably will pinch. Is this really just a fashion item?

Well made product and satisfied with this purchase I do recommend and will buy again in the future. After buying other brands this one is thoughtful when making its products not sacrificing quality over quantity. Or just making another cheap worthless product to make a quick buck.
