Fortified
The problem it was fortified which Dr Berg on youtube doesn't recommend and I reaved it with a live.

This is a very good product. I need to increase my vegetables and these make it easier. They are a good source of sulforaphane, which is extremely healthy. I’ve been taking them a couple weeks already and feel great, with no ill side-effects to note. I want to eventually sprout my own seeds as I have seen done by somebody on youtube. Overall, great investment for my health.
