I plan on running 37" tire with 4.75 offset 17" wheels. another website says i need p/n 82215355 to accomodate larger than stock sizes. is this true?

If you look to the right side of the tire mount there is a hole that appears to be there to hold a CB radio antenna. Is this the purpose of the hole?

You should not need the tailgate reinforcement for rubicon takeoff wheels/tires. The tailgate should be able to support them fine since they are standard equipment on the rubicon
