I have the AU/NZ version of this formulation (it doesn't have the zinc oxide) and this stuff works wonderfully. Anti-chafe indeed. It is basically like antiperspirant for your thighs. Needed this since I did a fair bit of walking and I chafe like heck, especially my inner areas. FYI, the price can't be beat. It goes for $21aud in Australia for a slightly larger container, I know because I bought it at that price when I was there, lol. Will say this stuff works great for men as well. Only notes is to pre-apply like others have said (don't use mid-chafe since it ain't gonna reverse it) and wash off when done, since it's hydrophilic it's a weird feeling to leave on and it'll last otherwise.

I’m a plus size worn who’s had thigh rub since like 150 lbs ago. That’s how all my jeans die. lol. So when I wear short shorts, I know it’s gonna be the struggle- because I live in s Florida and it’s always hot and humid. A friend brought this with her on a girls trip to go dancing, we both used it on clean, dry, prepped skin BEFORE we started sweating (this is key- you need to pregame this, and you need to put on more surface area than you think you need, and you need to put on slightly more than you think you need.) This stuff is a game changer. Do NOT use in skin that isn’t clean! It’s occlusive as part of its nature as a protective barrier - so putting it on skin that’s not freshly washed and dried is going to give you foliculitis, aka giant thigh pimples. Also- i really shouldn’t have to say it but we all know not everyone’s mama taught us this explicitly- make sure you’re washing up after a sweaty day and taking this off after! Residue is gonna feel gross and not be effective.

Works great, even if you work all day in the heat. Better than baby powder or even Vaseline for chafing and reduces heat rash. Sent some to my daughter who builds fences in horse country and she says it's the best she's used.
