I have nothing bad to report about this product. It is what its supposed to be, the price is right and it makes for a nice home made lemonade when combined with a little drop of cream of tartar and a pinch of Stevia powder extract! The cream of tartar turns into potassium bitartrate when reacting chemically with the citric acid. Add a pinch of salt to it and you've got yourself an electrolyte mix for a fraction of these criminally-priced electrolyte packets. This is great for people fasting or on the carnivore diet who are no longer getting their daily requirement of sodium from pre-made corporate food products. You've gotta add it yourself. Btw.. without electrolytes, we wouldnt be alive.

I originally bought this to descale my old Keurig K Mini after I damaged the machine by accidently using expired white distilled vinegar to descale it. It did not solve the issue, so I decided to throw away my old Keurig K Mini, and replaced it with Keurig K Mini Plus. Turns out Critic Acid is the best way to descale the new Keurig machines because it is simpler and less time consuming. Plus the new and improved Keurig machines brew coffee right away now. It is so fast that you won't even have time to turn off the brewing process. It does not suck all the water into the machine first before it starts brewing anymore, which defeats the whole purpose of using vinegar to descale Keurig to me because the old way to descale Keurig with vinegar was to leave it in the machine for at least 30 minutes. Some people leave the vinegar in the machine for 45 minutes.

It was the first time I used citric acid so I don’t have a point of reference.i made ricotta cheese with it and turned out great. I only needed less than a teaspoon. Now I have to look around for a barrel to put the ricotta cheese I will make when I will use the rest of the envelop of citric acid :)
