AS far as I know, yes. WE only use it orally in our home. This is a fantastic product. We always keep some in the house.

Q: Dose this product use as endodontic irrigation?

I use this product solely as a mouthwash. My mouth feels refreshed and leaves no awful aftertaste. I have never used it as an endodontic irrigation. That is a good question. Perhaps a company representative or other reviewers have some experience in this area.

Q: Does this mouthwash burn? I have a very tender, sensitive mouth that stays sore and painful. Will this help?

I believe it will be effective for you. But if you have open sores then the little bit of essential oil in the solution may tingle a bit. Consider using Biotene intermittently also to keep mouth moist
