Calms my foot nerve immediately. Lasts for 3-4 hours depending on what you are doing to the area impacted. If I have pain in my foot during golf. I spray the painful area. We have been using brick for a few years now and have found it to be very effective. My husband likes the spray, I prefer the cream. The only drawback for me with the spray is the scent, it's very strong.

While this particular item did not seem to help my pain, I know it will help others. I think it’s like acupuncture or other things where some people feel relief and some don’t. The reason I want to write this review, however, is because the seller is incredibly kind and understanding! The communication / response to me was top notch ! So impressive - would not hesitate to use this seller again.

Didn’t work for me. Gave it 3 stars for quick relief, like 15 minute relief. Didn’t like the smell either.

Great smell and instant "freeze". I have used just about every analgesic balm containing menthol, or lidocaine and combinations. TIDL is certainly as good, and the spray gives an instant relief, so quicker acting than most. It certainly is as effective as others, and the ability to spray in every configuration (sideways, upside down, etc.) is great. I only use on back and knees, and it is as good as any I have used.

If a need a good spray on pain relief try this one. It works wonders. It works for most aches & pains!
