I’ve purchased many of these kits and most of them are awesome. This kit has a beading needle that cannot be used. It doesn’t come with a proper insert for attaching the finished project to the pendant. I would not purchase this kit again. I would purchase the kits without beads and just add my own beads to the project.

Fun craft. I added my own twist to the design and gave these away as gifts.

Bought it to make DIY gifts for friends. It was a nice process and friends appreciated the thoughtful and different gifts. Nice product. A good idea if you want to DIY gifts to your friends and family.

I purchased several of these kits to do a craft class here locally and everyone really enjoyed the class. The instructions that came with It were good. The amount of floss that was included was more than ample Anything that we really couldn’t understand from the diagrams as far as like a certain stitch or knot, those are easily googled. High skill level with embroidery is beginner. These kids made it very simple. The hardware included was also very nice and sturdy.

I got a six pack that makes two brooches and four pendant necklaces. The fabric came printed with three designs on each. The scale is pretty small, so I had to magnify with my phone occasionally to see where certain stitches needed to be, but everything turned out gorgeous. I’d give this kit 4.5 stars instead of 5 if I could, because I wanted to finish one at a time, but had to finish all three before I could cut one out. If you tried to cut one finished piece out you would no longer be able to stretch the fabric in the hoop without unraveling it. If the printed them on a slightly larger piece of fabric, and spaced out more, it would solve this issue. Still, the value of the kit is good.. Not a big deal, but it did force me to work faster, as I was trying to give one as a Christmas gift. The water erasable ink works, the thread is good quality, and the instructions are fairly clear, especially if you scan the QR code to watch the videos. It’s definitely Chinese, but there are enough instructions in English, or that a visual, to get the idea, especially if you’ve embroidered before. I love the brooch backs, and am trying to find more of those. I wish you could opt for all brooches! I now want to make a million of these little pieces!
