what is the wheel size in mm? Im looking for replacement wheels.

I bought this for my nephew; he lives far away from me, so I cannot check for you. BUT the PlaSmart Toys company makes this car. They are in Canada; I don't know if you can reach them. If you can, they may provide replacement wheels. However, I'm not sure whether replacing the wheels could guarantee a safe ride for your child. I f it were my child, I would throw the broken PlasmaCar away and buy a new one. I know that money doesn't grow on trees, but the PlasmaCar is such a fun way for your child to gets lots of fresh air and exercise. My nephew LOVES this car, it's one of the best toys I have ever given him.

Could two small toddlers ages 2.5-3 fit on one car?

Hi. No, I wouldn't put two small children on there at once. I watch our other neighbors with plasma cars and small children. It would be difficult for the other child to hold on making a turn, etc. wear helmets. My husband says, "No", also.
