These are great for sleep. I’ve tried melatonin and it’s never worked well for me, so I was shocked at the difference magnesium made in my sleep. I’m now staying asleep all night instead of waking up every couple of hours, and I’m dreaming every night so I know I’m sleeping deeply! This one bottle has lasted me a while and the pills themselves are easy to take. I’d definitely recommend these.
