Good recipes, not a fan of the plan aspect
There's some really good recipes in the book with tips on prepping ahead so I'll be using it to complement my current cooking and give some more ideas on healthier options. The plan provided assumes you will want to eat the same few dishes over the course of a week which I find quite dull so I won't be following it.There is also a lack of pictures. Some amazing sounding recipes but I feel pictures would help grab the attention of the reader more. It's a nice quality print and smart layout and overall a good addition to the kitchen.

Lack of pictures
The recipes seem decent but there is a serious lack of pictures. I prefer to see the finished product when I am doing a recipe.

Some interesting recipes
This book said it offered meal plans for 6 weeks but I had not realised that the plans had you eating the same meals most days for a week! Also the author uses much of the book to describe how to batch cook and freeze the week's food not only listing ingredients but cooking utensils. The recipes are designed for one person eating that meal up to five times that week , all prepared ahead and stored in the fridge. Possibly useful for a single person with a very busy lifestyle but impractical for most households. There are beautiful photographs in the book but they do not directly relate to the recipes so there is no indication what the dish will look like. I love cookery books and high hopes for this one but it did not work for me.

Animal flesh IS inflammatory so why include it?
This author clearly doesn't know what they are talking about and has no understanding of current research into animal products and the inflammatory proteins they contain.
