Rocktape rocks
Have been using rocktapes for a while and always come back to them. They hold on well and very effective during training. Really help with my injuries.

Game changer
Wasn’t sure whether this would work as it’s the first time I’ve used KT tape. However, easy instructions and used in a bad tricep tear. It works! Really did help. Stayed in place for 5 days. Easy to take off with no residue. Dry imoressed!

Still yet to find a tape that sticks well
The product quotes 3 to 5 days usage. I applied pre tape glue and use the product. With that it stays but corners of tape still lifts even when the way are trimmed / rounded. Tape is thick enough and stretches well. Definitely require pre tape glue to adhere better.
