as per use this is not 24 hours hot/cold mainten but for 3-4 hours it can maintain. stainless steel is good. if you are specific about time hot/cold time then spend money on milton or other big brands . but in this price point it's good.

Worst customer service centres, no value for money.
The media could not be loaded. Product seems to be good in the beginning. Later within a month the bottom part will get a brakeage. If you call the customer care number mentioned in the warranty card, they give you the service centre numbers. But nobody respondse from the service centre. Such waste of money, please don't buy this.
