Works great! We run a rescue so we're constantly washing blankets, towels, and reusable potty pads. This will not get rid of all the hair but it will get rid of the MAJORITY of hair. Use 2 packets the first time you wash the items. One packet should be fine after that unless it's been awhile since you've washed the item or it's covered in a lot of hair.

This works very well. I have a large washing machine though, so I use two packets at a time for dog bedding, rugs, throw blankets, anything washable that the dogs sit on. This is not for removing pet hair on clothing though. You must use the hottest setting on your washer for it to work and most clothing items can’t take that heat level.

After washing the using there was no difference. The dog bed dog blankets are still covered with dog and or cat hair. We are a two animal household. Both short haired and neither breed sheds much so I thought this would be perfect. It came packaged to use easily. However, the cleaning power is not there.

This product pulled ALOT of hair from the bedding and clumped it up all over bedding I'm globs. I had to vacumn my bedding. That was using 2 packs as instructed. I then used last pk to wash machine. I believe any hair that was in washer is out as I do not seem to have as much in lint trap but I am out if product. A lil pricey was hoping to find a product that I could use with each load like fabric softeners, this product is to expensive for that. May buy again if hair picks up

Honestly pretty good. I have a white dog that sheds a ton. No bad smell or residue on the clothes. Although it did leave residue in my soap cartridge and the seal on the door. My clothes came out clean. No dog hair. I made the mistake of wearing black socks and shaving the white dog… they came out spotless so. Process for product depends on need. You get what you paid for if you need it (tonnnnns of hair) but no point getting it if you only have a bit.

To preface I have a short haired cat and an Aussie mix dog. So needless to say lots of fur. And my long hair probably has some contribution to the issue (can’t blame it all on the cat and dog). Here was the issue, I have an Electrolux washer there the drain pump is at the bottom of the washer so the filter access is at the bottom of the washer. Meaning I’d need to flip my whole washer over to get to that… Not happening. My washer was throwing an E21 code error (drain pump not draining) and was filled with water for the past 3 days. I figured it was dog fur clogging it up, I tried everything from affesh to vinegar to baking soda to vinegar with baking soda. Nothing worked. Then I happened upon this stuff and said hey, what do I have to lose at this point. I definitely don’t want to buy a new washer. I used one packet of vamoosh and all of a sudden it started to slowly drain, so I tried another, even better and another basically cleared out my washer! I will 10000% be buying this for my washer cleaning cycles again!

I was excited to find a product that was going to help me get my cat Minnie Kitty's blanket clean at last. After vacuuming it and using miles of lint roller sheets to get her fur out of the blanket at last a product that claimed- to an extent - would clean up the blanket and dissolve the fur. Wey, that didn't really happen. I cleaned the blanket as best I could and then tossed it in the wash, following instructions . I wouldn't say it was perfectly clean when it was done, but not bad. The problem was there was fur everywhere in the washer. And not just a little bit. A lot. I cleaned out my washer and ran Affirm through it but it smelled. I mean stank. I don't know why but it took me literally months to get that stench out. Really disappointed. And I am back to doing things the original way. I won't be using it again

I use this every time I wash our bedding. I have a yellow lab- if you have a lab, you know the shedding is unreal. This definitely helps to take the hair out of our comforter and sheets each week. It super easy to use. I have a front loader washing machine and just take the liquid container out and pour the powder in. It’s highly effective in taking out the hair. Each box comes with 3 packets so I have it on auto ship to send 2 boxes every 5 weeks so I never run out. It doesn’t have an odor or a strong smell either.

Terrible product, used one sachet as instructions and the amount of hair that came out of the washing machine when I shook the blanket was 10x more than usual. It pulls the hair out of the fibre by shrinking it but then it isn’t dissolved
