SO helpful during pregnancy!
The combo of B6 and Unisom was told to me too late for pregnancy nausea. However, taking Unisom at 30 weeks until the end when sleeping becomes uncomfortable and sometimes impossible. This has been a true lifesaver !! Never slept so good. So good I’m not waking up to pee every hour!

My Go To Sleep Gummies
I usually avoid taking melatonin because it gives me weird dreams and I wake up groggy but THIS melatonin is magic. I take one at night and it makes me sleepy within a few minutes, if I'm having a tougher time falling asleep then I take two and it will knock me out peacefully. I never wake up with weird dreams or feeling groggy anymore, it has really changed my perception on melatonin. I have been recommending it to all of my friends and family and the price point is also pretty amazing. Tastes good, like a little piece of gummy candy. Would recommend if you are looking to try a melatonin that is highly effective without the grogginess and weird dreams.

I like that they are gummy chews. Works well for when you need some rest. The only thing I don’t like is the flavor it’s raspberry flavor and it’s kind of bitter tasting

This product works gently and very effective.It doesn't make me sluggish the next, no headache, no nightmares.I'm usually tired/ relaxed an hour or so after taking one, half hour to 40 minutes taking two.

They work for me!
I used to take Unisom Sleep Strips in Midnight Raspberry to help with my trouble in staying asleep until they stopped carrying them. I switched to these not sure if they'd work as well, but I think they might work a little better! Very tasty, easy to chew, and usually start working anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

I have tried several sleeping aids. This one works s probably the best ever !! Taste not awesome but not horrible. I will definitely get again!

Horrible
The taste is disgusting and gave me absolutely crazy night mares. Felt so tired and hungover the next day even when only taking 1 gummy.
