It's good for home gym. The sear cover is very thin, they can keep little thicker for long life.The preacher curl stand is very narrow, if it is slight slope , it would be good. The height adjustment is there. And size also small, both the hands are difficult , doing alternate hand for preacher curl

Amazon products usually get delivered at right time with proper packing.3, Strength and Sturdiness - 4⭐(Depends on the user assembly) I came through some comments about the overall mid section strength should be increased.Yes, I felt the same when I only fixed the screws provided....But after you tighten all the screws in the bench ... including the height adjustment lever screw ...product is super sturdy.4,I have tried body weights 65kg,75kg,80kg with additional weights up to 20 kg no problem till now (80+ body weights might look for much high quality benches)5, preacher curl is narrow but still workout can be done.(body weight less than 70kg can try hyper extension movements also)6, Definitely not for heavy workouts ...it is handy on gym off day.7, foldable is a best feature...it won't take much space... conceivent for small house also is bench weight is easily liftable.

Good product, but missing the finer elements of finishing, alignments are not correct. The assembly instructions are not at all helpful. It took more time for us to do the trial and error. Even now we don’t know how to fold it

Low cost. Little wobble present, don't tighten the screw at foot bar too much the nut bolt will stick out

I ordered this bench to increase my home workout intensity and be able to do the gymlike exercises. It's a little bit heavier but the quality is top notch.The heaviness is good though, it adds to the sturdiness.My weight is 76 kgs and I lift dumbbells/barbells of roughly 10 kgs to 15 kgs. So the weight easily exceeds 90 kgs and the bench supports it well.I have been using it for almost a month now and here are a few points if you are considering buying it.Build quality looks superior. You can use it at home or even in the gym.Assembly is easy and does not take much time.Incline and decline adjustment works great.For me, it was a good purchase overall.Much better than most of the expensive workout benches available out there.

Pretty average kinda bench. Not very sturdy. Kinda bends wen u put weight on it. For d price der's nothing else available though so I guess it's fine.. bought it for Rs 6999. Gud part is its foldable so dat's nice.
