Traxxas3456 Cooling Fan for 3351R & 3461

Works great with their heat sink have to modify the plastic and cut the ends but the screws fo right in between the heat sink and tighten down perfectly. (Don't over tighten)

It definitely helps to keep the motor cooler a bit. Velineon 3s vxl motor naturally runs hot, this was my last effort to keep the vxl motor/esc combo in my rustler.

Simply remove the motor wire guide and route the wires up, rotate the fan 90° from the correct alignment and screw it in to the heat sink.

Works really good and very quit. I can't tell it running over the speed control fan. I have the rustler 4x4 vxl so I had to cut the plastic ends off other than that it fits perfectly.

Installed this on my Traxxas Slash 4x4 as a set, cooling fan ad heat sink and it worked perfectly. Did have to watch a YouTube video on proper placement of heat sink but a breeze to install afterwards. Would buy again.

This fan is fantastic lol. Seriously though it works so much better than the hot racing or hobby craft fans this actually moves air and cools the motor on my 4x4 slash to where I never ever go in thermal protection mode none. I had two hobby crap fans and first the shroud slid into my center shaft and chewed up my pinion gear. Second if I drive hard for 1/2 of my 3s 5000 mah battery it would go into thermal protection mode 1 and I always still and let it cool but never since adding this it's a whole new animal. If there were 6 stars I would give it...

The quality is very poor for the price. It’s easy to install but the motor only lasted two charges of my battery worth of time.
