I’ve been using the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture 5.5 Soft Cleansing Gel for a week now, and it’s perfect for my dry, sensitive, and mature skin. It cleans gently without stripping moisture or causing any irritation—my face feels soft, hydrated, and calm right after rinsing. The gel texture turns into a light, creamy foam, it’s unscented (great for sensitive skin!), and the low pH keeps everything balanced. The results are amazing for the price—such incredible value! I was surprised by how well this cleanser works. The texture is gentle, it doesn't lather too much, and it leaves my skin clean without that tight feeling that other cleansers leave. I have sensitive skin, and it didn't cause any irritation or redness. It feels very light and pleasant to use, and it really helps keep my skin balanced. It's perfect for daily use.

I use this to double cleanse my face after a face full of make up or when I use sunscreen. I love the volume for this particular product and a little bit goes a long way! I stand by Haru Haru skincare and it's all I use lately. It has clean ingredients and love the quality! It doesn't have a scent and value for your money. It's very gentle for my mature and dry skin.

I have sensitive combination skin, with occasional acne. Before using this cleanser, I always thought of cleansing as a chore. But this product feels so luxurious, I enjoy it so much. It has a slightly slippery consistency and it feels silky on the skin. It's very gentle and didn't irritate my damaged skin barrier. This is a very nice, simple cleanser that come with an excellent price. I love that it has no fragrance or exfoliants. So many so-called gentle washes have PHA or other exfoliants that ended up stinging my skin. I use this after double cleansing and I don't get that squeaky stripped feeling. If you have damaged or very sensitive skin, this is for you. It's good for normal, dry, and most combination skin types. If you have flakiness from dry skin, you will have to use a toner or gommage wash to exfoliate. This doesn't have any chemicals to remove dead skin. If you have oily skin, it might not be enough for you. For pores, I follow up with Isntree Chestnut 2% BHA Solution.

Cleanses well, very soothing, non-stripping/drying, good for all skin types. I have sensitive, normal to dry skin and it worked well as a basic cleanser. It does have a slightly off-putting scent if you're used to highly scented American beauty products, but it smells like other rice cleansers I've used and it's not a strong smell nor is it detectable when it's washed off. Of note: I have hyperosmia, so you may very well not detect a scent.

This moisturizer feels amazing the moment it goes on. It’s lightweight but still really hydrating, and my skin drinks it right up. I love that it doesn’t leave any sticky feeling. My face feels calm and smooth every time I use it.

LOVE!!! Makes my skin feel soft but without the harsh burn, perfect gentle cleanser. I’ve honestly seen better results in a week than any other cleaner i’ve used, even with a very small skincare routine and problematic skin. it’s very easy to rinse off and doesn’t seem to leave any residue ¨̮

Everyone RAVES about Haruharu products. I tried their bakuchiol eye cream and wasn't super impressed, but not every product is gonna be a winner, (despite it having such amazing reviews.) But I did expect a bit more from all the hype. This face wash was on sale, and I wasnt quite satisfied with my current face wash.....I do double cleanse so I needed something to use after my cleansing oil/balm. The one I first impulse bought was great, but turned out to also be oil based and the cleansing foam I had didn't seem to be doing the job of clearing out the oil. So back to Amazon I went and I grabbed this one. It's definitely a nice gel consistency which is nice coming out of the tube...but it feels kind of heavy on the face and a little hard to rub in. Like it's very thick? And kind of hard to spread/rub in. And for being "neutral ph" like it's advertised, it leaves my skin feeling kind of dry/tight/sensitive, and doesn't seem to have any long term benefits i can see. (This is coming from someone that does a lot of at home chemical peels and skin treatments for fun) Generally you're not gonna get spectacular results with a face wash....it's not in contact with your skin very long. I did very much enjoy my other rice based face wash i tried. This....does wash your face though? I don't know, with everything amazing I'd heard about Haruharu products and having tried two with a very "meh" opinion of them I'm not seeing the hype. But I mean, it washes my face and it has a decent price point...it does make me hesitant to keep trying Haruharu though for more long term benefit products like moisturizers or any other eye creams they might have or just anything that would be in contact with your skin long enough to see a long term benefit.

I never leave reviews, but this? This is a game-changer. If you have sensitive, combination skin (honestly, any skin type), this cleanser is IT. So gentle, so hydrating, so soothing, it lathers like a dream. Literally perfection in a tube. 100/10, no notes.
