The community I used to live in provided these bags around the community for residents of the community. They are durable and have a large capacity and don't tear or leak. The scent is a little strong but a heck of a lot better than the scent of what is inside of them. I was so used to using them that and when I moved, I couldn't settle for anything less so I search Amazon and much to my delight, found the same bags available for sale. They are little pricier that some of the competition but it is worth it to keep your hands clean and be able to easily tie off the bags for disposal.

These bags sure beat Wal-Mart shopping bags. There are enuff bags in there to last forever. The handles tie up easily, obviating the need for ties. With a little practice, you can scoop the poop w/o getting a trace on your hands. The best part: after you tie the handle loops, you can flaunt the load daintily like Little Miss Muffet for all the neighbors to see that it isn't you leaving the poop on their lawn. It's safer that way. Of course, if your dog has the runs, there isn't anything on this earth that will save you. Run for your life and take a different route next time.

I've been buying these bags for a few years now and really like the product. I walk two good-sized (60 and 70 lb.) dogs and the handle is essential when I'm managing two leashes & a full bag. These are big enough that sometimes I can take care of both of my dogs with one bag. However, I won't purchase them from Amazon at the current price. The manufacturer sells them to retail customers for $6.95; I purchased this item in June for $6.83, in September for $7.65, and in December (about a month ago) for $8.21. The current price of $11.35 is truly excessive, and I will shop elsewhere for this product until it's offered on Amazon at a reasonable price.

These are great heavy duty bags especially for larger dogs. We have the "Butler" to place them in and it's so handy to grab a bag on the way out the door.

I have been using these bags for my twice a day litter box clean up and they work wonderfully. They have a wide opening for flawless dumping of large and/or long clumps and the handles are very easy to tie. The dispenser package stores neatly in the cabinet under the sink. The price is a bit high, which would be the only reason to search for an alternative, but I've been loyal to this product for several years now, originating with their previously being sold at PetCo.

I like that the bags have long handles and are not thin. I also like that the bags hide the odor with the bags sent.

Having used multiple kinds of canine waste bags, I was still searching for ones that would be effective, easy to open, and reasonably priced. I had found a brand (Mutt Mitts) that fit the first and second categories, but not the third. A friend had recommended the "Doggie Walk Bags", so those were the next on my list to try. These things work! The bags open easily; no standing in the cold and dark trying to get the silly bag open before you can use it. The handles are helpful for tying up the (full) bag completely. And the price is reasonable, too!
